We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping. But due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.

SHIPPING & DELIVRY TIME

Please allow 8-15 days for manufacturing and shipping from the date you place the order. This is an approximated time, exceptions may apply. We aim to ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll but please be aware that your doll is made to order even if it is pre-configured and it does take time to craft.

TAX INCLUDED

No hidden costs. The price you see on our website is the final price you need to pay. It’s our responsibility to pay the customs fees.

SHIPMENT & TRACKING

Your package will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Once it’s shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.

DISCREET PACKAGING

The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. Your doll will be labeled “mannequin”. There will be no information indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELATION

Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your order if not sooner, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee for your canceled orders. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card in the event we have already processed your credit card for shipping.

However, you will not be charged any fees to add items, change items, or canceled your order anytime prior to processing the order. An order cannot be changed or canceled after it has shipped. In the event your order has already shipped, any changes or cancellation would be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
